News - Phones4U boss Caudwell sells up
Friday, May 9th, 2008The founder of the Phones4U mobile phone business, John Caudwell, has agreed to sell his business to two private equity investors for 1.46bn.
Doughty Hanson and Insurance premium finance Equity Partners will buy Caudwell Holdings, which includes the Phones4U chain.
